Supervize jako aspekt zvyšování nebo udržování pracovních kompetencí v pomáhajících profesích
Abstract
Příspěvek se zaměřuje na proces supervize jako alternativní formy vzdělávání, zvyšování
kompetence pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích. V první části se snaží definovat široký
pojem kompetence, následně navazuje definice a dělení supervize včetně zamyšlení nad
otázkou nutnosti supervize. Závěrečná část nastiňuje praktickou aplikaci supervize
v některých zařízeních.
The article focuses on the process of supervision as an alternative form of education,
increasing the skills of workers in helping professions. In the first part it tries to define the
wide concept of competence, then follows the definition and division of supervision, including
consideration of the issue of the need for supervision. The final part outlines the practical
application of supervision in some facilities.
