Mediace v rodinných věcech
Abstract
Tento příspěvek se zabývá problematikou mediace, která je v současné době velmi
diskutována. Příspěvek se zabývá mediací jednak obecně a jednak mediací se zaměřením na
oblast rodinných vztahů. Je zdůrazňováno, že proti mediaci jako takové výhrady nejsou. Spíše
je sporné, která kategorie profesí má tuto činnost provádět.
This contribution take an interest in media problems which is currently highly discussed.
The contribution take an interest in media generally and also in media with a view to the
family relations sphere. It is underlined that there are no reservations agains media itself.
More likely it is debetable which professions category should practise this activity.
