The paper deals with the current methodology concerning transport organization during the events of mass nature in Hradec Králové. It contains analyse of the fractional steps in progress between the Hradec Králové Transport Company, the Company in charge of the festival area at the local airport (FESTIVALPARK s.r.o.), the Town-council of Hradec Králové and the Czech Republic Police.
