POSSIBILITIES OF INTRODUCING NEW TECHNOLOGICAL ELEMENTS IN LOGISTICS CENTERS AND INTERMODAL TERMINALS ASSOCIATED WITH IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF TRANSPORT SERVICES

Abstract

The paper deals with description and exact characteristics of several logistics centers and intermodal terminals in the Slovak Republic with the emphasis of their positive attributes and vice versa, showing areas that would need to introduce new technological elements. These elements would provide a higher quality´s level of transport services in those areas.
