INTRODUCTION REENGINEERING OF THE TRAINFORMING ON THE SLOVAK RAILWAY NETWORK

Abstract

Reengineering is a management approach that aim at the major changes in business and business processes. Its aim is to streamline the particular processes and at the same time meet the demands and expectations of customers. The paper deals with concept of reengineering of the train formation on the Slovak railway network. Paper describes the issue of reorganization of the transport wagon consignment to meet customer requirements.
