Abstract

The paper deals with problems of alternate roads creation in the cities. It is necessary to save for the highest quality of transport services. It is possible to choose different alternate roads with respect to urban area specificity. It is necessary to consider capacity reductions – for example bridges, street crossings. It is possible to use methods of operation research at alternate roads creation. The alternate road capacity is one of relevant choose criterion.
