SYSTEM OF CREATING ANNUAL TIMETABLE OF INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER IN EUROPEAN UNION CONDITIONS

Abstract

The article describes a new way of annual timetable creation in the KANGO information system of the infrastructure manager Správa železnic. The system is accessible to railway undertakings’ information systems of via a data interface that allows communication using XML messages corresponding to the TAF / TAP TSI European Union specifications. The system includes new KANGO-Tras module, which provides message processing, management of path requests and paths. To create a timetable, processes were designed for new request, modifying and canceling request by the railway undertaking, deleting the paths by the infrastructure manager and processing data that is not needed at the construction time.
