THE QUALITY STANDARDS IN SUBURBAN BUS TRANSPORT AND THEIR MEANING

The article deals with the possibilities of standardizing the quality level of public passenger transport. The procedures respect the legislative requirements which are valid in the Slovak Republic. Quality requirements in other countries can help as an inspiration for settings of standard. The article deals the possibilities of settings the standard with help of integrated transport systems too.
