Abstract

In the paper came out contractual relations in Integrated Transport System (ITS) in the Czech Republic. There is a proposal of basic steps during ITS establishment from technological point of view. Presented are also presumptions of ITS establishment and general definition of ITS organizer’s place. The paper deals also with proposals of improvement of ITS in the Czech Republic.
