TRANSPORT SYSTEM COSTS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS EVALUATION

The paper deals with transport system costs in connection with the evaluation of transport infrastructure projects, which influence both providers and users of transport. Attention is aimed mainly to economic criteria of projects evaluation, in which costs pay an important role, but also to other criteria. As for these other criteria, especially ecological aspects of the evaluation should be meant, considering important impacts of transport infrastructure on environment and costs that are connected with them.
