MEASURING THE QUALITY OF SELECTED CRITERIA OF SUBURBAN BUS TRANSPORT

Total quality of the public transport affects many of the criteria. The measurement of the quality of public transport is not simple as at first sight. STN EN 13 816 defines some processes of the measuring service quality but their application is quite difficult. The article deals with selected problems in improving the quality of public transport focusing on temperature measurement inside the vehicle of public transport.
